IF_Round

Illustration friday yay, this has taken ages :D lol been busy and wanted to finish it ages ago lol but yay its done ummm....... this wasnt my original idea for Round, but decided to go with a character made of fluid curves, using round objects and shapes :) i tried to incorperate as many round things as I could :D

wohooooo illustration friday feels like ages since i have done it which is wierd coz i did last weeks one hehe :) longest week EVER lol ...anywho yeah umm i struggled this week with what do to and decided that I would do a girl looking at herself in a pocket mirror that she carries everywhere :) Vanity done woohoo... hehehe

Here is my character of today :) woohooo :) decided to not use photoshop or illustrator for this little guy and built him up on flash for the funsies :) its from a sketch I did last week so thought I would give hime some life with a splash of colour :D

Weekend of Fun

Hehehehe ahh heres some fuuny scibbles from my trip to bridgend for the weekend :) as pretty awesome I got to see my awesome family and some friends who are missed due to my lack of trips home...anywho we went out for the evening for amys birthday and on the mini bus to swnasea we decided to do some drawing hehe....they made me giggle so thought i would post them heheh :) this is the outcome to a drunken evening with old friends :D


Oh and here is a little snippet of more of my weekend :) it was aesome luke and super cool mats birthday last week but had a gathering and movie night yesterday so we made them a cake :D BRIGHT GREEN CHEERIO CAKE :) hehe this is the first cake thats been made that actually looked and teasted alrighty ehehehhe soo yeah after a weekend of birthdays i think its time to get back to some drawing and animating :D

Here are the most recent coloure dversion of concept characters for a childrens series im working on :D the left one is based on my little lol this will probably change in developent hehe she was never meant to be me just seemed to happen hehe :)

anywho umm the girl really loves bright things and everything thats colourful :D and the boy is totally obsessed with mermaids :) (this character may also be based ona friends)hehe

I.Spy - student film

WOW hehe ummmm I havnt offically posted my end of year film on Blogger so I thought as im working on a new shworeel at the moment now is a perfectly good time to post :D we had our end of year show in June so this is all done and dusted now and its time to move on to new and different things :) so yeah my final 3rd year film on

Character Design

This is a character I have designed for a childrens series idea which is still very much in its early stages of design :) its based on a group of children with all different personalitties and such but i dont want to go into it in too much depth :D

Flash Animation Test 001

This is the first test i have done for this walk and I have a tutorial to follow so alot of the timing is based on other work, but honestly in trying to get to grips with the layering and breaking everything down and then ill get my completly own test done yay :D Even though iv had a good few hours of head pain i feel like im progressing and learning lots :D ... the hands on this are horrible and only the top half is moving but yeah ill continue with this tomorrow now ....... oh and this is far from finished just to clarify :D

Flash Animation Character

Yay been trying to get this character done for soo long but always managed to find something else to get on with... im trying to improve my flash skills so this is my dummy guy that im using for a walk cycle :) I have cut back on a lot of the detail that i normally add just to see if i can make him walk and hopefully walk well but who knows :) im quite excited and hopefully i can pop this on my showreel D:

IF_Silent

Yay finished...saturday is my super sleepy day and managed to get this done soo rather high spirited and feeling all inspired :D

This is one of my very rare none smiling characters :O she is silent and trendy :) all dressed up and ready for a night of ghouling ...hehehe apparently she likes buttons aswel i drew alot of buttons on this one hehe!!

Shark Fin

Heres the next character for my idea :D woooohooo, this is shark boy who loves to swim, he loves to be in the water and pretending to scare people hehehehhe :)

Dinosaurs and Unicorns

hehe yay :) decided to colour up the previous drawing i did for a childrens series idea :) this is one of the characters :D she is a huge fan of dinosaurs and especially Unicorns ... hopefully ill colour all the other guys up by the end of the week :D

Coffee child

Yay coffee :) I love anything related to coffee :D...... this is caroline she is super clever and super duper loves school :D there is one thing though she doesnt like to do which is play :O when she sees other kids in the park she stands in shock.. how do they have all this free time??and how could they possibly let their clothes get sooo dirty??

i think someone needs to show her how much fun.. fun can be :D

IF: Stripes

This is sophie she loves stripes..... :) she found a bear and gave him a stripey jumper to claim him as her own ...... dressed in their stripes sophie and her bear are ready for their Great adventures together :D

Fear of marbles and mountains :O

This is Mavis and her daughter Michaela...
....she had promised her a trip to the mountains if she finished all her homework.... michaela had been going on about it for ages but her mum didnt really know why....anyway the day arrived and michaela had finished all her homework plus all her assignments for the week after aswell....they got all their equipment together and started on their voyage....when they reached the top michaela pulled out two sets of marbles from her back pack......shes wanted to race them all the way to the bottom of the mountain :D.....when she passed her mum her set she seemed to be frozen.......
...as it turned out shes scared of heights :O

Adventure time :D

Yay finally finished the ADVENTURE TIME tutorial i was doing :D im pretty happy with it ...i havnt added finn and jake and missed a hill somewhere opsie.. overall i feel like i learnt lots and lots from this and was crazy beneficial so yay.. :D

This drawing is quite detailed so drawing this up has taken me a little time and havnt posted of my line work up recently so thought hey why not :) hehe so yeah this is the cleaned up lines for my marble sketch ...coloured up illlustration plus little story will be posted soon :D

pre school designs :)

This is an idea I had for a series its basically a pre school show that would be aimed in infants and follow the lifes of children to teach them life lessons and the importance of learning.....
